As a Used Car Buyer/Trade-In Specialist, you are responsible for following up with leads and creating valuable guest experience for customers wanting to sell or trade in their vehicles. What you'll be working on:

• Reaching out to customers who have expressed interest in trading in their vehicle
• Following up on inbound leads through phone, email, or text to gather vehicle info and set appointments
• Communicating regularly with customers to understand their needs and offer a competitive, fair-value deal
• Logging outreach and customer status updates in the CRM system
• Partnering with General Managers and Used Car Managers to understand inventory needs and source accordingly

What you need to bring to the table:

• 2–5 years of customer service, retail, or sales experience
• Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone
• Confidence in negotiating and guiding customers through the vehicle trade-in or selling process
• Ability to stay organized, follow up consistently, and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Salary: $36,000-$150,000/annually *Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics. Industry Leading Benefits:
