Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and versatile  Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for elevating the GreenWorld brand through engaging content, photography, graphic design, website design and updates, and persuasive copywriting. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, and social media graphics using Photoshop and Illustrator
• Maintain and update company website (Squarespace and Figma)
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of our products, job sites, and showroom for use in marketing campaigns
• Edit and enhance visual content for use across print and digital platforms
• Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for website pages, product descriptions, social media posts, brochures, and email campaigns
• Support the creation of blog content, press releases, and promotional campaigns
• Implement SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines, improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic.
• Develop engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and etc.) and assist with managing online presence
• Assist in event marketing, trade shows, and showroom displays
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align creative strategies with business goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Experience with website design and maintenance (Figma and Squarespace)
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong photography and basic videography skills, including post-production editing
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio of creative copywriting
• Understanding of branding, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in construction, home improvement, or window and door industry is a plus
