Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an M&A Analyst Intern with some travel to our New York City office for some in-person work. The M&A Analyst Intern will assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation, and perform due diligence on potential deals. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial models, analyzing market trends, and supporting strategic advisory engagements. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge Experience in Due Diligence and Valuation Knowledge of Accounting principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
