Requirements:

• Positive attitude and likes working in a team environment
• Knowledge of nail and cosmetology trends
• Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
• Experience in customer service
• Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Technician license

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests with a warm, friendly attitude
• Provide full nail services, including manicures, pedicures, polish changes, and nail trims
• Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner
• Prepare and clean station in-between appointments
• Maintain best-in-class safety standards and sterilize equipment before and after each client
• Inform clients about additional services and offers (e.g. loyalty discounts, eyebrow waxing)
• Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manis last longer)
• Building rapport with guests
• Creativity is encouraged! We love to see great nail art!
