Burn 60 is a unique Los Angeles-based personal training and group facility that has been in business for over 20 years, and in our new facility for over 3 years.
The great news is we are growing! This is not a regular big box gym position, it’s an opportunity to learn and grow under great leadership. We are looking for trainers who want to truly transform lives and be a part of our personalized fitness approach.
Our main focus - especially for this role - is Small Group Personal Training. We train busy adults looking to get healthy sustainably, acquire essential fitness skills, build strength, lose weight, and reach their goals. Each client’s entire journey is important to us and we need someone who doesn’t just teach sessions, but who truly cares about people and finds ways to support our clients. Everyone should leave our gym feeling like they were given care, attention and help. While the workouts are pre-programmed, this cannot feel like a cookie-cutter experience to either the trainer or clients.

The current opening is part time now but there is opportunity to grow and even enter management positions as we as a gym grow.

-Someone to join our team with flexibility and openness to really learn and lead our Small Group sessions
-Someone with the desire to invest in our clients and provide them with the personal attention they need to achieve their goals, even in a small group setting
-Someone open-minded and professional with positive energy and an eagerness to learn

-Someone who is extremely good with people, possesses stellar customer service skills and values building genuine personal relationships with clients
-Someone adaptable, willing to evolve and improve
-Someone who cares about changing lives and has fun doing it
-Someone honest and respectful, positively representing the brand
-Flexible hours
-Up to date CPR/AED certification
-An ACE, NASM, ISSA or NSCA certification is preferred
-A plus: knowledge / interest in social media and promoting your Burn 60 sessions
