Viti Automotive Group is looking for a reliable and skilled Tow Truck/Flatbed Driver & Operator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating our new 2024 Mack flatbed tow truck, providing efficient roadside assistance, and ensuring the timely and secure transportation of our customers' Mercedes-Benz and Volvo vehicles.

Responsibilities :

• 1. Safely operate tow trucks
• 2. Provide prompt and courteous roadside assistance for our clients
• 3. Securely transport vehicles to designated locations
• 4. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment
• 5. Maintain accurate logs and records of operations
• 6. Follow all company and legal safety protocols

Qualifications :

• 1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 2. CDL License preferred but not required
• 3. An Air Brake License is a must
• 4. Experience in operating tow trucks and flatbeds is preferred
• 5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 6. Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations
• 7. Must be reliable and punctual
• 8. Passing drug screens and background checks are required

Work Schedule:

• Towing hours are during regular dealership business hours, Monday – Friday.
• No on-call schedule.
