Finary is a hybrid remote company. Our talented team is currently based in France and across Europe. Our office is located in the heart of Paris, and we organize on-site every 6 weeks.

About the role

You will expand lead our acquisition team, owning organic channels all the way up to the onboarding funnel. Your job is to keep CAC low while attracting high LTV customers. You will report to our CEO Mounir .

  • Organic Growth: Drive initiatives to enhance organic acquisition, leveraging SEO and referrals

  • Onboarding Optimization: Identify and address friction points through A/B testing and user feedback, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.

  • Paid Campaign Support: Collaborate closely with the paid marketing team to achieve our targets. Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies in real time to maximize cost-efficiency and trial conversions.

  • Data-Driven Experimentation: Rigorously analyze user and campaign metrics to inform decision-making. Run and iterate on experiments using A/B testing, leveraging AI, low-code tools, and SQL to accelerate insights and implementation.
