Direct message the job poster from REKRUITD This is a full-time position - no vendors please. We are seeking a Salesforce/NetSuite Administrator to join our team. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and supporting our Salesforce and NetSuite systems. The administrator will work with multiple departments to understand business needs and implement effective solutions using best practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and focused on enhancing system efficiency and user experience. Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support for Salesforce and NetSuite users, including managing user access, providing system training, and troubleshooting issues. Configure platforms for optimal, cohesive operation across all components. Design, develop, and implement new workflows, features, and solutions based on business needs. Analyze and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes. Maintain documentation of system configurations, updates, and enhancements. Manage updates and changes to system elements such as custom fields, workflows, user roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, record types, reports, and dashboards. Develop, test, and deploy new customizations and functionalities to meet evolving business requirements. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). Salesforce and NetSuite certifications are required. At least 3 years of experience in software systems administration or engineering. Hands-on experience managing Salesforce and NetSuite in complex or dynamic environments. Ability to produce clear technical documentation and communicate system changes to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
