Candidates MUST reside in Florida OR be willing to relocate Responsibilities: Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision, features, and roadmap. Train, educate, and coach business lines to enhance their knowledge and competencies to empower them and make them self-sufficient in owning and managing their data. Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to capture data quality validation requirements needed to develop and continuously execute master data profiling which ensures critical data meets the needs of the business. Act as a Subject Matter Expert with regard to the identification and application of data validation requirements within assigned process stream. Make suggestions and provide guidance as necessary to ensure adequate coverage of data quality on critical data. Work with applicable leaders and stakeholders to manage priorities and timelines appropriately. Surfaces and resolves barriers and impediments impacting the team’s focus, autonomy, empowerment, engagement and overall continuous improvement and maturity. Guides team in experimenting with technical practices to enhance performance and effectiveness. Responsible for coordinating and ensuring that any checkpoint deliverables required are completed by the owner. Leverage customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs. Creates and/or maintains key product documentation (e.g., customer journey map, technical specs, process mapping, etc.) Identifies and defines key non-functional requirements (e.g., security, availability, performance, etc.) to achieve necessary product metrics. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s in computer science or similar field Salesforce certifications – Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) 5 + years of Salesforce administrative experience with 100+ user orgs, and in configuring and managing SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Service Cloud, Case Management, Knowledge Base, Community Portals, Data Loader, and Data Integrations Experience in a complex B2C Salesforce org with multiple Salesforce clouds and packages with an Omni-Channel customer experience. Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administrative skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, Custom Objects, Lightning Pages, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Process Builder, and Flows, App Exchange Packages. Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and when to use code/configuration a plus. Excellent project management skills with strong organizational skills and detail orientation with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities all while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Must have the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and be results driven and should be familiar with agile driven development. Strong Reporting and Dashboards experience. Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from business partners, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Strong data management abilities, including the ability to segregate record access across multiple teams in the same Salesforce environment. Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred. A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
