Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare case strategies and provide regular client updates
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal documents
• Manage the discovery process and collaborate with internal teams
• Attend virtual court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research to support case development
• Supervise and guide staff support as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years of defense litigation experience, with a preference for Product Liability experience
• Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
• License: Active member of the California State Bar
