This is a high-energy, fast-paced sales role with significant earning potential and excellent opportunities for advancement.

• Primary Role: As a Project Consultant, you’ll assist homeowners in identifying property damage, creating repair scopes, and managing projects from start to finish.
• Responsibilities:
  • Canvass neighborhoods to schedule appointments with homeowners.
  • Use advanced tools to create detailed inspection reports and project scopes.
  • Act as a bridge between homeowners, production managers, and insurance companies.
  • Oversee project progress to ensure quality and homeowner satisfaction.

Earn between $75,000 to $150,000 in your first year!

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: No prior experience? No problem! We value learning aptitude, persuasive abilities, and drive. Comprehensive training and tools provided.
• Key Traits:
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Willingness to travel within Florida.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders.
• Comfort with roof inspections, including safely walking on roofs.
