Outside Sales Representative – Platinum Pest Control
Location: Lansing, IL | Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting from $50,000/year + Uncapped Commission (Earn from Day 1!)

About the Role

Are you a driven, outgoing, and goal-oriented professional looking to take your sales career to the next level? We're on the hunt for energetic Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Lansing, IL . In this role, you'll be the face of our company—connecting with new customers, understanding their needs, and offering customized pest control solutions that protect their homes and businesses.

You’ll play a key role in growing our customer base, all while earning competitive pay and commission from your very first day.

What You’ll Do

• Hit the ground running with cold calling and on-site visits to engage potential customers.

• Develop, grow, and manage your own portfolio of accounts.

• Assess pest control needs through property inspections and present tailored solutions.

• Negotiate deals and close sales to exceed revenue goals.

• Log and manage your sales activity in our CRM system.

• Partner with sales leadership to develop effective strategies and custom proposals.

• Collaborate with service/operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

• Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Stay informed on market trends and customer feedback to improve our services.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in sales, lead generation, or account management —experience in pest control or a service-related industry is a big plus!

• Confident communicator and persuasive negotiator.

• A self-starter who can thrive both independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable conducting on-site inspections and walking clients through the process.

• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (we’ll train you on ours).

• Spanish-speaking? That’s a major plus!

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Openings Available In:

• Lansing, IL – Covering Chicagoland & NW Indiana (8 positions available)

Note: Daily commuting is required during the first 60 days. Relocation may be required before start.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• Occasional evenings & weekends based on customer needs

• Up to 8 hours per week in-office
