Our non-profit healthcare client is looking for a Marketing Generalist to join their growing team and support their marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker who is comfortable multitasking and is good at prioritizing under minimal supervision. To succeed in the role, you must also be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. Responsibilities
• Support senior management with marketing and communication needs
• Assist with the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content that will attract the right audience
• Leverage graphic design, photography, videography, and copywriting skills to create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials
• Manage the organization’s social media presence, create engaging content, and monitor online conversations to foster community engagement
• Ensure that regular web content updates are performed and check content for accuracy and consistency
• Write original copy and edit content for an array of marketing and communication materials
• Be adept at varying voice, style, and other messaging characteristics based on the target audience
• Manage and expand email marketing lists through lead-generation strategies
• Track analytics of website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns, and report on them monthly
Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years’ experience in Marketing and/or Advertising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Knowledge of CMS, such as WordPress, Sitecore
• Experience with Email Marketing software such as MailChimp, Constant Contact
• Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
