Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator supports Fuse Specialty Appliances’ brand and revenue goals by executing day-to-day marketing activities, coordinating campaigns across channels, and ensuring our showrooms and online presence consistently reflect a premium, luxury-appliance experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production and scheduling of email, social media, and paid-media campaigns, maintaining the annual content calendar.
• Provide administrative and project management support to ensure smooth operation of all marketing initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and proof marketing copy (emails, social posts, web banners, showroom signage) to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Partner with showroom managers to plan in-store promotions, launch events, and cooking demonstrations; assist with the management of vendor co-op approvals and budgets.
• Produce event collateral (invites, signage, swag) and coordinate logistics with operations and sales teams.
• Track RSVP lists and post-event metrics (attendance, leads generated, social engagement).
• Monitor website, email, and social KPIs; prepare monthly dashboards highlighting traffic, lead volume, and campaign ROI.
• Assist with maintaining the marketing asset library (photos, videos, brand guidelines) for easy internal access.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Working knowledge of social media scheduling, email platforms, and Google Analytics
• 1–3 years in a marketing, communications, or agency role

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for event setups.
• Occasional evening or weekend hours for showroom events.
• 50% travel to our locations in South Florida and the West Coast of Florida
