Contract Litigation Attorney – Remote | Oregon Licensed | $100–$150/hr

Rose Law Firm, a forward-thinking and fully remote law practice serving sophisticated middle-market clients, is seeking a contract litigation attorney to support an active caseload of business litigation matters in Oregon.

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced litigator licensed in Oregon to assist with a steady stream of contract litigation matters—including deposition work, case strategy, and court appearances in Deschutes County . This is a 9-month contract position with high-quality support from a seasoned team of senior litigators and paralegals working remotely across the U.S. and internationally.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking and defending depositions
• Drafting and filing appearances in Deschutes County
• Collaborating closely with lead attorneys and litigation support team
• Applying sound legal strategy to business-related disputes

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Active Oregon bar license
• 5+ years of litigation experience (contract/commercial litigation preferred)
• Comfort with remote collaboration and legal tech tools
• Excellent writing, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Availability to appear in Deschutes County when necessary (travel reimbursement provided)
