Are you a motivated attorney with a passion for insurance defense and coverage litigation? We're looking for skilled litigators with 3+ years of experience to join our growing firm. This is a fully remote position with the option for a hybrid schedule if preferred.

### About the Role
In this role, you'll handle a variety of complex insurance defense and coverage matters, working closely with a collaborative and supportive team. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of cases, contribute your insights, and grow professionally in an environment that values mentorship and development.

### What You'll Do
- Handle substantive law and motion practice
- Conduct and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, experts)
- Manage discovery and related motions
- Make court appearances and advocate effectively for clients
- Comply with insurer reporting requirements
- Work with various insurance policies (GL, D&O, E&O, etc.)

### What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Active California State Bar membership in good standing
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills
- Familiarity with insurance policies and insurer requirements
- Coverage experience is a plus!
- Trial experience is preferred but not required
