Just objective guidance andamazing service. • We act as a family’s general contractor—coordinating legal, tax, investment, estate, and governance efforts for ~ 40 entrepenurial families with significant illqiud holdings and complex needs that transcend what traditional private banks, MFOs, investment advisors and trust companies provide. • We work on a flat, quarterly retainer—with total fee transparency. You’re wired to communicate clearly and help others make better decisions. What You’ll Actually Do Diligence & Analysis Deep-dive into both liquid and illiquid investment opportunities—funds, SMAs, direct deals, real estate, and more. Stress-test financial models, identify risks, and make tax-aware recommendations. Analyze legal structures, offering docs, and portfolio construction. Client Reviews & Communication Lead monthly portfolio reviews across 5–10 families. Translate technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Work with Addepar to run performance and allocation reports. Manager Engagement Evaluate third-party managers and build RFPs. Maintain strong relationships across investment platforms. Strategy & Oversight Develop and maintain Investment Policy Statements (IPS) using our “Total Balance Sheet” lens. Monitor portfolios for drift, raise cash, manage capital calls, and improve internal workflows. About You You’ve got: ~5+ years of relevant experience. ~ At least one credential (CFA, CAIA, CFP, etc.). ~ Mastery of Excel and strong investment analysis skills. ~ Experience with tools like Addepar, CRMs, and reporting platforms. ~ Series 65 or ability to pass it within 90 days. You're known for: Making order from chaos. Spotting the inconsistency no one else noticed. Explaining complex topics simply and clearly. Working fast, without cutting corners. Thriving under pressure—with a great attitude.
