JOB TITLE: First Mate
DEPARTMENT: Boats
REPORTS TO: Captain or General Manager
POSITION PURPOSE:The First Mate is responsible for the operation and safety of the property’s vessel. This person should work in a safe manner consistence with USCG regulations. Daily maintenance inspections to ensure vessel operates correctly, in addition to having a high level of customer service to the people who are aboard the vessel. You should be able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
