Role Overview We are seeking an Email Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will execute email campaigns from planning to deployment and reporting. You’ll manage a campaign calendar for one of our email domains and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong email marketing fundamentals who’s eager to grow into more strategic and process-oriented work over time. You’ll help ensure campaign quality, drive engagement with healthcare professionals, and contribute to our evolving campaign operations. Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience in email marketing, campaign execution, or marketing operations Experience with email marketing platforms; Iterable preferred Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email content editing Understanding of email best practices and key performance metrics Comfortable managing deadlines and coordinating across teams Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills Curious and adaptable in evolving work environments Preferred Qualifications: Experience maintaining a campaign or editorial calendar Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization Exposure to healthcare, media, publishing, or other regulated industries Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Trello) Understanding of deliverability and list segmentation best practices Key Responsibilities: Manage the campaign calendar for one or more email domains, coordinating schedules, deadlines, and content across internal teams. Build and launch email campaigns in Iterable, including segmentation, QA, and scheduling Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., editorial, ad ops, marketing) to align campaign requirements Monitor and report on email campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), such as email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions and ROI. Identifying opportunities for email optimization and implementing A/B testing to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and engagement rates. Help support process improvements within email campaign workflows as systems evolve Stay updated with the industry trends and the best practices in email marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
