We are seeking a dedicated Custodian I to join our facility maintenance team in Kenner, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our facility while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants.

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas including hallways, lobbies, stairways, and common spaces
• Collect and dispose of trash and debris from designated areas
• Handle proper cleanup of standard and bio-chemical materials following safety protocols
• Deliver and retrieve equipment such as rollaway beds, irons, and other items as requested
• Stock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens in designated storage areas
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools with proper care
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to appropriate personnel
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
• Follow established cleaning schedules and complete daily task lists
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and emergency situations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols
• Time management skills and ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be at least {AGE} years of age
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
