  • Base Rate: $24.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Main Ingredients of the Job

As a US Foods® Driver, you’ll play a vital role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Safely driving trucks to customers and meeting scheduled delivery times
  • Carefully unloading products and placing them in designated storage areas
  • Verifying delivery accuracy and obtaining customer signatures
  • Handling collections and payments when applicable
  • Providing exceptional customer service to enhance client experiences
  • Conducting pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections

Physical Requirements

We’re looking for individuals who can:

  • Lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly during each shift
  • Drive and work in various weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift)

What You Bring to the Table

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
  • At least 21 years of age
  • A valid CDL Class A issued by your state of residence with necessary endorsements
  • Less than six months of commercial driving experience, or less than three months in food and/or beverage delivery
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission (preferred in specific locations)
  • Strong communication skills in English, including understanding traffic signs and responding to inquiries
