Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Job Location: Bellingham, WA (Onsite)
Job Salary: $150,000 - $210,000
Requirements - 8+ years of financial and accounting experience
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing essential teams like HR, IT, Risk and Safety
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting standards
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Able to work full-time onsite in Bellingham, WA
Pluses (Not Required)- CPA or CPA Candidate
- Coming from Manufacturing background
- ERP implementation experience

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute financial plans to support growth and sustainability.
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, retention, and compliance.
- Ensure effective risk management and maintain a safe working environment.
- Lead ERP system implementation and optimize technology strategies.
- Drive decision-making processes to enhance business performance.
- Provide timely and accurate financial insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure effective allocation of resources across departments.
- Manage governance for related entities and oversee M&A activities.
