Job Title: Assembler / Light Manufacturing Worker
Location: Frisco, TX
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Start Date: 06/30/2025
Length of Assignment: 3 Months
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Overtime: Not applicable
Interview Required: No

Position Summary:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for Assembler/Light Manufacturing Worker roles at our Frisco, TX facility. This position involves light industrial assembly and warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, power tools, and general warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly & Light Manufacturing:

• Assemble products or parts manually or using tools, following written instructions and diagrams.

• Work with refrigeration and technical hardware components.

• Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.

• Build and break down pallets as needed.

• Package completed products and prepare them for shipping.

Warehouse Duties:

• Receive and store incoming goods; verify deliveries against shipping documents.

• Pick and prepare items for orders using totes and designated processes.

• Stock shelves and rotate inventory to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out).

• Process returns, including data entry and restocking.

• Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies.

• Support physical inventory efforts and maintain accurate records.

General Expectations:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

• Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely and effectively.

• Adhere to safety procedures and DEA regulations where applicable.

• Demonstrate teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Follow detailed instructions with accuracy and minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.

• Basic math and English reading/comprehension skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Must maintain appropriate attendance standards.

• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items as needed.

• Prior experience in distribution, warehouse, or light manufacturing is a plus.
