We are seeking passionate and experienced Advanced Esthetician Instructors to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an instructor, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of estheticians, guiding students as they develop their skills and knowledge in the dynamic field of esthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage Students: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and foster a positive learning experience.
Practical & Theoretical Instruction: Teach a variety of essential esthetics techniques, such as skincare treatments, facials, waxing, makeup application, and more.
Foster Student Growth: Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, development, and collaboration.
Demonstrate Best Practices: Model industry-standard techniques, safety procedures, and best practices to ensure students learn the most current, high-quality skills.
Provide Hands-On Guidance: Supervise students during practical sessions, offering one-on-one support and constructive feedback to guide their progress.
Monitor Student Progress: Assess students' skills through evaluations, projects, and exams, helping them grow with meaningful feedback.
Mentor and Inspire: Serve as a mentor, providing support and encouragement while helping students build confidence in their professional abilities.
Stay Current with Trends: Keep up with the latest developments in esthetics, incorporating new techniques and industry trends into your lessons.
Collaborate and Improve: Work with colleagues to enhance curriculum and contribute to continuous program improvement.
Maintain a Safe Learning Environment: Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized classroom and laboratory space for both students and instructors.
Position Details:
Work Schedule: Day and evening positions available, with flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Advanced Esthetician license in good standing.
Must have an Advanced Esthetician Instructor license.
Previous teaching or training experience is a plus, especially in an esthetics education setting.
Strong knowledge of esthetic principles, industry practices, and trends.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to students.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a true passion for educating and mentoring future estheticians.
Highly organized with great time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
Proficiency with instructional technology and multimedia tools for teaching.
